What LumiList Is
LumiList is a reading-tracking tool. It does not provide a mirror or reading library of full chapters. Readers can save selected excerpts as highlights and add their own notes. Source cover previews may be downloaded and stored for identification.
What LumiList Actually Does
- Checks publicly available update information from novel hosting platforms (Royal Road, Scribble Hub, WuxiaWorld, Webnovel, and MVLEMPYR.IO) on a regular schedule
- Records metadata only — novel title, chapter number, and a timestamp of when a new chapter was detected
- Notifies users when a novel they follow has a new chapter available
- Links users directly back to the original hosting platform to read that chapter
Reading always happens on the original source. LumiList stores progress metadata, user-selected highlight excerpts, and user-authored notes. Cover images, where present, come from source preview metadata and may be cached locally for identification. Saving a highlight or showing a cover does not transfer ownership or grant additional rights. AI processing of saved writing is described in our privacy policy.
Relationship to Source Platforms
LumiList is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Royal Road, Scribble Hub, WuxiaWorld, Novel Updates, Webnovel, or MVLEMPYR.IO. All novel content, translations, and chapter releases remain the property of their respective authors, translators, and publishing platforms. LumiList's role is limited to indexing publicly available update timestamps and directing readers to those platforms.
