1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LumiList ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LumiList provides a web-based platform and browser extension for tracking reading progress across supported web novel and light novel sources. Features include chapter tracking, notifications, reading journal, highlights, AI-powered recommendations, and related productivity tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We use Paddle for payment processing; LumiList does not store your payment details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or payment restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The LumiList name, logo, and visual design are proprietary. The Service itself is provided for your personal use. Novel content accessed through tracking links belongs to their respective authors and publishers.

8. Limitation of Liability

LumiList is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or reading progress discrepancies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
